San Jose – Regional Medical Center of San Jose is proud to announce that CEO Ken West was recognized by Modern Healthcare as one of the Top 25 Emerging Leaders for 2023.
This program recognizes the healthcare industry's rising stars age 40 and under who contribute to a culture of innovation and help their organizations achieve and exceed financial, operational and clinical goals.

Ken has served in leadership positions within various hospitals at HCA Healthcare for more than a decade. He was promoted from COO to CEO of Regional Medical Center in 2021. He provides executive oversight to a team of more than 1,300 employees and 500+ medical staff.
