Non-emergent women’s services will be closing effective May 30, 2020
Regional Medical Center is a Level II Trauma Center providing tertiary care for stroke and other complex neurological conditions, cardiovascular disease, and complex orthopedics and surgery, drawing patients from across the state of California. Our OB program will close at the end of May 2020.
Care will be easily transferred to neighboring hospitals beginning May 26, 2020, including Good Samaritan Hospital, Santa Clara Valley Medical Center, and El Camino Hospital. In most cases, patients will be able to continue with their doctors. We will ensure a smooth transition for all of our patients through their own doctor, and will continue to provide any emergency services at the time of need.
