Life-After-Stroke Exercise Class - Regional Medical Center of San Jose now offers a post-stroke group exercise class for stroke survivors who have completed rehabilitation therapy and would like to maintain and/or continue to improve function. The exercise class is led by Physical and Occupational Therapists who are certified in NDT (Neuro Developmental Treatment) for specialized stroke care.
