Life-After-Stroke Exercise Class - Regional Medical Center of San Jose now offers a post-stroke group exercise class for stroke survivors who have completed rehabilitation therapy and would like to maintain and/or continue to improve function. The exercise class is led by Physical and Occupational Therapists who are certified in NDT (Neuro Developmental Treatment) for specialized stroke care. Regional Medical Center of San Jose's Rehabilitation Department provides assessment, treatment, and education for clients of all ages. Our therapy services are personalized to meet the unique needs of each client. We provide a variety of inpatient and outpatient services including:
