Breast cancer is the most common cancer in women, with one in eight women developing breast cancer during her lifetime. It’s a disease that develops for unknown reasons, making it difficult to understand and prevent. Fortunately, today we have the ability to detect breast cancer much earlier than ever before, giving us time to create more effective treatment plans, resulting in more positive outcomes.

At Regional Medical Center of San Jose Breast Care Center, we understand the anxiety surrounding breast cancer. That’s why we make sure that we provide a safe, comforting environment where you can get the results you need, quickly and compassionately. Our staff has extensive experience in diagnostic imaging technology, and our medical center has invested in the most accurate equipment available for mammography, breast ultrasound exams and stereotactic biopsy. At the BreastCare Center, part of our women's health care services, you can rest assured that you will receive excellent service from our talented team of radiologists, and technologists.

Regional's Breast Care Center is accredited by the American College of Radiology (ACR).

The Breast Care Center is located in the Medical Office Building on the Regional Medical Center of San Jose Campus.
